What does ASNA do?
Community
ASNA hosts social events such as the Holiday Open House, Neighborhood Easter Egg Hunt, Fall Picnic, Halloween Party, and Friday House-Hops. Regular newsletters keep you informed.
Preservation
Did you know that Annesdale-Snowden is on the National Registry of Historic Places? It was also the first neighborhood listed on the Memphis Landmarks Register. That, along with other state and local designations adds value to your home and our neighborhood. The ASNA represents our neighborhood in conversations related to historic preservation such as Memphis Landmarks Commission and Memphis Heritage.
Security
A great neighborhood believes that we are better together than alone. We look out for one another. The ASNA also offers tips and suggestions for fostering community safety and occasionally is able to secure funding for community safety enhancements. We also represent the neighborhood at Memphis Police Department Neighborhood Watch meetings.
HOW DOES ASNA DO IT?
The heart of the neighborhood is its volunteer spirit – so step up to help set up or host an event.
Send $26 each year to the treasurer or pay online.
